The Local Council of Women and the Bloomington Hospital Foundation will be awarding five scholarships to applicants who live in one the counties served by IU Health Bloomington Hospital (Brown, Daviess, Greene, Jackson, Lawrence, Martin, Monroe, Morgan, Orange, Owen, and Washington) and have already have been accepted into an accredited program of study in a medical field. The Scholarship Committee will select the scholarship winner in early September and will present the scholarships at the LCW Annual Meeting to be held on November 10.
Application Process: (All of these requirements MUST be completed in order to be considered for the scholarship) 1. Applicant’s name 2. Applicant’s mailing address 3. Applicant’s current telephone number 4. Applicant’s E-mail address 5. A statement of your goals for the future 6. Documentation of your acceptance into your chosen accredited program 7. Copy of grades (this need not be an official copy)
