  Leaving a Lasting Tribute

Did you know the Bloomington Hospital Foundation offers a special way honor or memorialize loved ones with personalized bricks and pavers in the hospital’s Centennial Plaza Garden or the Hospice House Patio?

The Centennial Plaza Garden is located near the main entrance of IU Health Bloomington Hospital and is often visited by patients, families and employees as it provides a place of calm and tranquility. Engraved bricks or pavers are available to memorialize or honor someone special. The personalized bricks/pavers are placed throughout the garden.

The Hospice House Patio is located on the serene property of the IU Health Bloomington Hospice House. The patio serves as a peaceful outdoor environment surrounded by trees, plants and gardens. The Hospice House Patio has comfortable furniture enabling both patients and family to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. Personalized bricks are placed throughout the patio and will last for many years, serving as a place to remember someone special.

If you would like to honor or memorialize someone special with a lasting tribute of a brick or paver, please contact us at the Foundation. Each brick is being offered for a $250 donation; while each paver (available in the Centennial Plaza Garden only) is being offered for a $500 donation to the Bloomington Hospital Foundation. Your tribute will be visible for all to see; your financial support will impact patients for years to come.
